Suspected stolen vehicle removed from public footpath

Yesterday, police were made aware of a vehicle parked on the footpath near the Guisborough Walkway Visitors Centre off the A173 suspected to be stolen.

Upon arrival, officers agreed that despite no report of the vehicle being stolen, there was a high likelihood the vehicle was stolen as it did not have a VRM displayed. As a result, the vehicle was seized and taken away to be examined.
